- What kind of documentation do I need to travel?
Before you may board a flight, all passengers 18 years of age and older are required to present a photo ID issued by a government authority (example: drivers license or passport).
If you don’t have either of those, please consult directly with the airline for alternatives. If you are traveling outside of the United States, all passengers are required to have a passport.

- Do I need a passport and a visa?
When traveling outside the United States, a passport is required for U.S. citizens and many countries require that the passport be valid for at least 6 months after the date of travel.
Some countries also require a visa. We know maneuvering through the world of visa applications and requirements can be a confusing one. Since most consulates require visas only be obtained within 90 days of travel.

- I have an urgent need for a Passport, what can I do?
Passport processing can be expedited based on the requirements. Once all documents are received, “Rush” services apply when 3-10 business days are available for the processing, whereas “Emergency” services apply when 1-2 business days, or less, are available.
- Do I need to reconfirm my flights before I leave?
It isn’t mandatory, but we highly encourage you to do so. Airlines regularly alter their schedules or change their flight numbers. We make every attempt to contact you when there is a change; however, there are rare occasions when we are not correctly notified by the airlines that a change has occurred.
Reconfirmation helps to detect a problem before you arrive at the airport. We recommend that you contact us or check with the airline directly 24-72 hours prior to departure.
- How much luggage am I allowed to take on my trip?
Porterage for one suitcase is included in the vacation price. Airport/train station porterage is not included unless otherwise specified in your travel documents. Due to limited motorcoach capacity, your single bag should have dimensions not exceeding 30″x21″x11″ and weight not exceeding 50lbs (22kg). Carry-on bags should not exceed the dimensions of 12″x11″x6″.We regret that we are unable to accept a second suitcase or any luggage exceeding these limits on any vacation listed in this brochure.
Your air carrier may have stricter weight/dimension limitations than those listed above. Size and weight limitations for carry on and checked baggage vary from airline to airline and even according to destination. Up-to-date information on carrier specific standard checked baggage allowance (including size and weight limitations), the standard allowance (and fee, if applicable) for carry-on baggage, and the standard fee for the first and second checked bag, along with information that additional discounts may apply depending on flyer-specific factors (e.g. frequent flyer status, military, credit card used for purchase or early purchase over the internet, etc) can be found by accessing www.iflybags.com. Carry-on bags should not exceed the dimensions of 12″x11″x6″. For safety reasons, wheeled carry-on bags are not suitable as hand luggage on motorcoaches and mini-buses. Carry-on bags must be small enough to store in overhead bins or under the seat in front of you on motorcoaches and other transportation.
- How much luggage am I allowed to take to Africa?
For vacations in Africa, due to limited capacity on safari vehicles and flights when on safari, your single bag must be soft-sided and cannot exceed 33 lbs (15kg) for vacations in Kenya & Tanzania or 44 lbs (20 kg including hand luggage) in Botswana. Due to limited transportation capacity on South Africa vacations, your single bag should have dimensions not exceeding 30″x21″x11″ and weight not exceeding 50lbs (22kg) unless otherwise noted.
- What should I pack in my carry on bag?
You should always keep ticket receipts, tour documents, and identification with you at all times. Never pack necessary daily medication in checked baggage; pack it in your carry-on. We also recommend that you carry a change of clothing and toiletries. Most airlines have greatly reduced meal service so we encourage you to pack healthy snacks. When traveling internationally you are not allowed to take fresh fruit, vegetables, flowers to other countries or return back to the USA with them as they may harbor insects.
Follow the TSA guidelines of the 3-1-1 rule: all liquid, gel or aerosol items in your carry-on bag must be 3 oz or less, placed together in a clear one-quart ziplock bag, 1 bag per person. Make sure to visit the site to check for any update.
- How do I cancel this reservation?
Most airline tickets issued are non-refundable, and non-transferable. Name changes are not permitted. However, you may be able to exchange your tickets for different dates. Penalty fees apply and not all tickets are changeable.
- Can I change the name on my ticket?
All reservations must be made in the EXACT name of the person traveling – no nicknames. For international travel the name on the reservation must be EXACTLY as it appears on the traveler’s passport.
- Why did the fare increase when I tried to book my flight?
The availability and/or price of the flight you selected has changed. While we provide the most up to date technology for our users to search available flights, ultimately the Airlines reserve the right to modify their flights at anytime and no fare is guaranteed until ticketed.
- Can I travel with a one-way ticket to any country?
If you are not a citizens of that country you can not travel with a one way ticket. You need to have round-trip ticket.
- On International flights do I need to pay departure tax?
Yes. Most countries charge a departure tax at the airport on the day you are returning home and it has to be paid in cash.
- Do I have to pay you upfront for my vacation?
No! The deposit requirements are set by the resorts and the tour operators we book through. Deposit rates vary based on the resort or package you select, and the time you are traveling.
We also offer a layaway plan; however, certain restriction may apply. Final payment is usually due 90 days prior to departure.
- When can I expect my refund?
When a reservation is cancelled the same day it was booked, funds for the Airline portion are not collected. Any pending charges you may have seen would have been a «pending hold» for verification. These funds will return to your available credit and will not reflect as a refund. This process normally takes from 3-7 business days, depending on your banking institutions procedures.
Please note: Some Prepaid credit card companies will hold pending authorizations for up to 30 days.
If the airline rules allow for cancellation the day after booking, funds for the Airline portion will be refunded within 7 – 14 business days. It will depend upon the Airline(s) and your banking institutions policies. At times the refund will post before the charge is processed or may not appear on your current statement. Please contact your bank to verify the refund was received.
Any refunds requested after 48-hours of purchase are based solely upon the Airline(s) rules. If approved, the refund will generally take 1 – 2 billing statement cycles. In some exceptional cases refunds may take longer than originally anticipated. An email update will be sent to you advising of any delay.
- Credit Card Transaction and Currency Conversion Fees
Unless otherwise specified, all prices are displayed in U.S. dollars and all charges made are in U.S. dollars. If you are using a non-U.S. credit card, you should check with your bank for details on currency conversion charges. Your non U.S. credit card may charge you a fee for processing purchases made in U.S. dollars.
- How do I pay for my packages?
We accept several form of payments whether in person or email.
- By Cash or Money Order.
- By Credit card (Visa, Master Card, Discover and Dinners Club).
For credit card payments: We will send you an email via PayPal or Quickbook Intinut. With PayPal, you are not required to have an account. You can opt to pay as a guest.
