- This beautiful apartment is located in the heart of Cancun's Hotel Zone in Kilometer 11.5, with 24-hour security and 2,150 sq ft or 200 M2 of living space, with a balcony facing the Ocean, three bedrooms each with a full bath, living, dining, family room, laundry room, a fully equipped kitchen, free WIFI internet (bring your laptop), satellite TV (local programming), walk out of your front door down 1 set of stairs and will be at the beach, parking (however a car is not needed) a swimming pool within five steps away from our glorious blue-turquoise beach. We have loungers, tables, beach umbrellas, and restaurant service by the beach.
- Children over 10 years old are welcome.
- Please be assured that your health and safety is our primary concern. We have taken many measures to ensure that your condo has been thoroughly sanitized and disinfected prior to your arrival. Additionally, we are providing you with a spray disinfectant to use during your stay with us.
- We have modified our standard procedures to protect your health while you are with us to include staff and guests wearing masks and observing social distancing when in the public areas. It is advised that guests bring their own masks or face coverings and hand sanitizer as these products are still very hard to find in Cancun.
- To allow you to limit your exposure while you enjoy your vacation, upon arrival, we will provide you with a list of grocery stores, restaurants and other establishments that will deliver direct to your condo.
- There is an inherent risk of exposure that exists in any public place where other people are present. To minimize your exposure to COVID-19 we strongly encourage that you wash your hands thoroughly and often, wear a mask in public spaces and maintain 6 ft social distancing.
- We have a mini-market, across the street where you can buy snacks, milk and other essentials, a bank, pharmacy, restaurants, the supermarket is only 1.5 miles from the apartments, the bus system is excellent and there is no need to rent a car however if you choose to do so we have parking available.. We also have by Kukulcan Plaza Soriana Supermarket and Selecto Supermarket by party zone.
- $200 at the time of registration for a security deposit, not included. It will be refunded seven days after checking out. Please take a note of it. Rate is available from Jun 16th thru Dec 16th, 2020.
- By visiting Mexico and our property, you voluntarily assume all risks related to COVID-19 and/or any other virus.
- We are a family-oriented place, NO spring or NO summer breakers.

- Our place is in a low rise condo complex with only 12 units, family oriented, facing a fabulous beach, we have beach chairs and umbrellas and a restaurant in front of our bldgs with food and drinks service by the beach
